About Me
I have over three decades of estate agency experience working for well-known corporate agencies and smaller, family run independents. Starting as a trainee negotiator and working my way up to Area manager for residential sales.
I have a great deal of experience in probate properties and currently deal with clients throughout Kent and the south east.
My knowledge and understanding of the property market has enabled my business to be built mainly on referrals and returning clients.
After moving from London to the south east in the late 80’s and then living and working in various parts of Thanet, I have now settled in Faversham with my partner Claire, our two boys Michael and Alfie, and our dog Dolly.

After that, I’ll prepare the details and photos and add your property on Rightmove & Zoopla as well as tap into my mailing list of buyers to help you to secure a buyer at the best price possible. I’ll help you with booking viewings, negotiating offers to maximise your price and, as you’d expect from a personal estate agent, we’ll help with seeing the sale all the way through, to the day you hand over the keys.
We sell all types of property, and because I’m powered by eXp UK, I don’t have to worry about the technology or property portals, allowing me to concentrate on what I do best, which is to sell houses.
